Consent forms for treatment are discussed and signed.

Client provides medical history and list of current medications.

Assessment of nails, skin, and bony structures of feet.

Assessment of sensation, circulation, and temperature of feet.

Feet are cleansed with a waterless liquid skin cleanser. 

Routine foot care is provided using sterilized tools (nail and tissue nippers, electrical nail file/drill): 

• trim & thin nails

• reduce corns and calluses 

Foot care education

Depending on the assessment, recommendations may be given for shoe wear, orthotics, nail/skincare supplies, or to follow-up with a healthcare provider (podiatrist, PCP, neurologist, vascular surgeon, dermatologist, or orthopedist).

** Rate(s) are dependent on the state of nails and feet. The Standard Service Base Rate is for clear, normal elongated nails. 

Standard Service Base Rate: $40 

Additional charges may be applied

• For thick, discolored nails (1 or more): $5

• For curled, "rams horn", or "pincer" nails (1 or more): $10

• For lesions such as corns and/or calluses 

  • • 1 - 5 corns/calluses: $5

    • 6 - 10 corns/calluses: $10

    • 11 + corns/calluses and/or diffuse thickening or cracking of forefoot or heel: $15

The nurse will review and update the client's file regarding their medical status and current medications in every subsequent visit.

We do not include the following in our services: 

• foot soaks

• toe nail polish removal

• nail polish application

Please remove nail polish prior to any scheduled session to allow for thorough, accurate nail assessment.
